SABA 10 Conference - Queen Mary, Long Beach CA, May 19-23, 2011.

Dear SABA Attendees and SABA Members,

Amazingly, we have now reached the 10th Anniversary of the SABA phenomenon, directed to seeking knowledge, objectivity, and skill in pursuit of the fields of Quantitative EEG and Neurofeedback.

SABA 10 is scheduled for Long Beach, CA aboard the Queen Mary, a 1930's transatlantic ocean liner that is now a one-of-a-kind floating hotel, attraction, shopping and dining experience.

    Conference Dates: May 19-23, 2011.

General Note:  For those staying at the hotel, breakfast and lunch are provided in the meeting room.  Breakfast will begin at 8:00 am each day. Lunch on Monday is also included.

Please let us know if you intend to attend, Dr.Meg MacDonald at megmacdonald@sababrainanalysis.org

As for this year's program, it will be of special interest for long-time SABA members as well as new members. It will be directed to discussions of methods of evaluation and treatments, very interactive in tone, with an opportunity to synthesize unifying principles of neuroplasticity including key perspectives and findings in applied neuroscience research and evidence-based neurotherapy. This will be an opportunity for all of us to learn from each other and to establish a consensus on common theories, mechanisms, and procedural and conceptual standards.

SABA is a non-profit membership organization of educators, researchers, and clinicians focused on normative electroencephalography (EEG) and EEG operant conditioning. SABA was the first organization to offer a comprehensive examination on normative EEG interpretation and acquisition (Technologist); and the Diplomate exam remains the most rigorous and difficult to pass, with questions drawn from accredited university curricula. Exam information can be found at here.
