SABA is a non-profit membership organization of educators, researchers, and clinicians focused on applied psychophysiology and neuroscience who integrate knowledge of brain structure and function into the competent practice of quantatitive EEG analysis and neurotherapy. The two primary goals of ths organization are to support research directed toward comprehensive understanding and application of quantitative EEG assessment and neurotherapy, and utilization of this information to design and promote educational and clinical programs for professionals who employ these methods.

The SABA Credential Exam is for quantitative EEG analyis and QEEG-guided neurotherapy. SABA was the first organization to offer a comprehensive examination on QEEG methodology and brain function and remains the most rigorous and most difficult to pass, with questions drawn in part from the RIT college curriculum which is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education.
